Registering for On Line Prescriptions and Appointments
You can use the internet order repeat prescriptions, make and cancel appointments (that have already been made on line).
In co-operation with EMIS, our computer system supplier, we’re providing a service that enables you access to your healthcare online. Once you’ve created an account you can order repeat prescriptions, make appointments and cancel on line appointments.
You should note, however, that not all repeat prescription items will be able to be ordered in this way.
Register in three easy steps
Step 1:
Bring two forms of identity one of which MUST be photographic identity. You must apply in person, third party requests will be refused.
Ask at reception for a personal registration letter. This provides all the information you need to register to use the EMIS Access facilities.
Step 2:
Return to this website and navigate to Online Services on the quick links or click here. This is an external link to Emis Access, then follow the instructions on their web site to create your account.
Important (You must create an account before you can log in)
Step 3:
Enter your personal registration details exactly as they appear on the registration letter. If the information does not match, your registration will not be accepted.
You are now ready to get started
Also available if you have Sky, NTL, Telewest or Virgin Media installed at home, you can now book your GP appointment using interactive services on DiTV.
