North and West are holding a health day on Saturday November the 25th at The Grand Venue, open to all patients in Blackburn with Darwen.
The idea is to have a mix of primary care, community and local services, pharmacies and social groups providing information and support to local residents.
Aiming to promote local services, create community links, increase uptake in health checks, screening programmes and vaccinations.
